Erin Egolf holds the distinction of being both the top player and top coach in UIS women's soccer history. As a player, she is the program's career leader with 26 goals and 60 points. She was a three-time all-conference player, and once was selected to the all-region team. After her playing days, Egolf was an assistant coach at UIS for three years, and is now in her third season as the head coach. She is the program's coaching leader in wins, and led the best season in school history in 2017 when the Prairie Stars had a 9-6-4 overall record and reached the GLVC Tournament for the first time.
