Color Guard

We're building a rotating Color Guard to present the colors during the National Anthem at home events. Duties include carrying/holding flags and following basic presentation protocol. Open to students, faculty/staff, alumni, and approved groups (e.g., ROTC, Veterans groups, Scouts).

National Anthem

We invite soloists and groups to perform the U.S. National Anthem at home events. All styles welcome (traditional preferred), a cappella or instrumental. 

Halftime Performances

Are you a part of a Dance team, Band/Drumline, Cheer/Spirit/Step, Cultural/Traditional performance, Specialty act (e.g., trick shots, jump rope, twirlers, acrobatics), and want to showcase your skills?  We welcome student groups, community teams, and specialty acts for 3-6 minute halftime features.

Scouts

Bring your Pack or Troop to cheer on the Prairie Stars and experience college game day up close. Enjoy discounted group tickets, in-game recognition, and unique experiences like color guard presentations, high-five lines, and postgame photos with the team. Attending a UIS game is a great way to celebrate advancement, build camaraderie, and connect with our campus community.

Coaches & organizers: bring your team for an unforgettable game-day! Options include high-five tunnels, halftime mini-games, pregame scrimmages, ball kids, and on-court/field recognition. Ages 6–18. Chaperones required.
