Sierra Cenek Earns United Soccer Coaches College Player of the Week Award

Senior forward Sierra Cenek was announced as the DII selection for the United Soccer Coaches College Player of the Week Award.

Cenek's five-goal, one-assist weekend was one for the UIS women's soccer record books. She recorded a game-winner in each match and became the fifth Prairie Star women's soccer athlete to record a hat trick (10/13/23).

Cenek's performance helped the Prairie Stars to two wins that boosted the team to third in the GLVC standings. It also earned her the first GLVC Offensive Player of the Week award ever won by a Prairie Stars women's soccer athlete.
