The Prairie Stars head to St. Louis, Mo. for a matchup against UMSL on Friday before returning home for a doubleheader against the Missouri S&T Miners on Saturday.
The Missouri St. Louis Tritons are 23-11 overall and 9-1 in conference play. The Tritons average 7.7 runs per game and bat .306 while their pitchers hold opponents to .222. UMSL is second in this week's conference standings behind No. 6 Indianapolis.
Missouri S&T, sixth in the GLVC standings this week, has a .259 batting average and scores 3.25 runs per game. The Miners are coming off of a split against Drury on Monday and average just below even with a 15-17 overall record and 7-5 record in conferenec matchups.
UIS, 22-15 and 3-5 in GLVC play, split their last three series including in-conference series versus Lewis and McKendree. Sophomore
Isabella Wilson leads the offense batting .375 and contributing 12 doubles so far this spring. Wilson is one of six Prairie Stars batting over .300.
Taylor Zawacki (6-8) holds opponents to a .256 batting average and has 113 strikeouts this spring.

Rosie Bartletti hold team-low ERAs of 2.28 and 1.24, respectively.
