Max Tweddle Named to the United Soccer Coaches All-American Second Team

Graduate midfielder Max Tweddle was named to the United Soccer Coaches All-American Second Team on Thursday. He is one of thirty-five student athletes named as an All-American by United Soccer Coaches.

Tweddle is the program's first United Soccer Coaches All-American, and joins Adrian Adames, Andrea Scapolo, Marvin Zott, and Jakub Piotrowski on the distinguished list of Prairie Stars men's soccer All-Americans.

Tweddle adds to his impressive collection of awards this season. He was named to the GLVC First Team for the second time in his career, to the United Soccer Coaches All-Midwest Region First Team, and to the Conference Commissioners Association (D2 CCA) Men's Soccer All-Midwest Region Second Team.

This past year Tweddle played and started in 20 matches, totaled 1391 minutes of action, registered 9 assists, and scored his lone goal of the year in the GLVC Tournament Semifinals.

Max graduates the program with 7 goals and 13 assists, leading the program all-time in assists.
