The University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball team looks to get some revenge on Saturday when it travels to Maryville for a 3:15 p.m. game against the Saints.
Earlier this season, Maryville defeated UIS by a 61-60 score. The Prairie Stars overcame a 10-point deficit in the final seven minutes, but Maryville hit a shot in the final seconds for the victory.
Chase Robinson led UIS with 15 points.
Trey Marble was one of three players with nine points, and he dished out six assists.
The Prairie Stars enter the game with a 2-3 overall record. UIS fell to Lindenwood last Wednesday by an 85-75 margin.Â
Maryville is 3-4 on the season, and has dropped its last two games. On Thursday night, the Saints fell to Lewis by a 67-61 score.
