The University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball team looks to improve to 3-0 for the first time since the 2014-15 campaign on Tuesday night. The Prairie Stars will be taking on Saint Louis College of Pharmacy at 7 p.m. at TRAC.
The Prairie Stars opened the year last week with wins over Ohio Valley and Parkside at the Prairie Stars Tipoff Classic. UIS averaged 84.5 points, and knocked down 15 three-pointers in each game. The two wins were the first at UIS for first-year head coach

St. Louis College of Pharmacy is 0-1 on the year, falling to Kansas Wesleyan in its season opener by an 82-56 margin.
These two teams have not met since both were NAIA programs in 2006-07. UIS won all three previous meetings against St. Louis College of Pharmacy.
