Trey Salinas is currently in his fourth season as head volleyball coach at the University of Illinois Springfield. He has improved his win total each year while being at UIS and, with two games left in the regular season, has already matched last year's win total. UIS is having one of the best years to date, being tied for second in the GLVC standings and being in position to make the NCAA Regional Championships for the first time.
