ST. LOUIS - Senior Janasha Prabhu grabbed the lone win for the University of Illinois Springfield women's tennis team on Wednesday at Missouri Baptist.

Prabhu (Springfield, Ill.) defeated Shelby Mind, 6-3, 6-2, to grab her first victory of the season in the No. 3 spot. Junior Faith Hook (Effingham, Ill.) pushed her opponent to three sets, but could not finish as Kathryn Randolph won 3-6, 6-2, 10-5.

The Prairie Stars have one final match of the fall on Saturday at Millikin beginning at 1 p.m.
