UIS:
2025 – Joined the UIS baseball program and earned a spot in the starting rotation. Made 12 appearances with 11 starts, pitching 62.2 innings. Posted a 7-4 record with a 3.45 ERA, recording four complete games and one shutout. Struck out 77 batters while allowing 41 hits and 24 earned runs. Named to the First Team All-GLVC and GLVC All-Tournament Team.

Prior to UIS:
Played two seasons at McHenry County College, compiling a 10-2 record with a 4.42 ERA across 73.1 innings pitched. Struck out 80 batters while allowing 36 earned runs and 29 walks. Named 2024 NJCAA Division I Region 4 Tournament MVP.

High School:
Graduated from Crystal Lake South High School in 2022. Pitched 60 innings with a 2.7 ERA during his senior season. Named Freshman Pitcher of the Year and earned 2022 All-Area and All-Conference honors. Helped lead the team to Regional, Sectional, and Super-Sectional Championships, finishing fourth at the IHSA 3A State Tournament. Also competed for Phenom Illinois in travel ball.

Son of Chris and Joanne DeCicco. Has two siblings, Brianna and Jason.
