UIS:
2026 – Earned First Team All-GLVC and Second Team All-Region honors. In his first season with the Prairie Stars after transferring from Heartland, Griffitts emerged as one of the most impactful bats in the UIS lineup. Started 54 games and led the team offensively in both home runs and RBIs, finishing with 19 home runs — a total that ranks among the top-10 single-season marks in program history — and 79 RBIs. His production consistently came through in key moments throughout the year, including a memorable two-run homer during a 10-8 victory in the NCAA Regional.

Prior to UIS:
Played two seasons at Heartland Community College. In 2024, he hit .323 with 20 hits, 6 doubles, 2 home runs, and 11 RBIs across 21 games. He followed that with a strong 2025 season, appearing in 62 games and hitting .347 with 70 hits, 14 doubles, 16 home runs, and 60 RBIs while providing steady offensive production throughout the lineup.
