The Illinois Springfield women's basketball team returns from a road trip to Wisconsin for a day game at TRAC on Thursday at 11:30 a.m., celebrating Education Day with students and teachers in attendance.

The Prairie Stars fell 81-72 at Wisconsin-Parkside on Tuesday, rallying from a double-digit deficit and cutting the lead to two points late in the game.

The Lakers earned their first win of the season Monday night with a 65-59 victory over Walsh, highlighted by Grace Bradford's 16 points and 22 rebounds. Bradford leads the team at 14.6 points and 12.1 rebounds per game. Dara Capaldi averages 10.5 points per game.
