The University of Illinois Springfield women's basketball team looks for a win on Thursday versus the 3-12 William Jewell Cardinals. The game will take place at the Mabee Center in Liberty, Mo. 

UIS enters the game thirteenth in the GLVC standings with a 0-12 overall record. The Prairie Stars fell to Missouri S&T in their most recent conference game  by a score of 83-69.

William Jewell is 3-12 overall and 1-4 in conference play, landing them eleventh in the GLVC standings. The Cardinals fell to Central Missouri on Thursday by a margin of 97-52. 

The Prairie Stars won over the Cardinals in their last matchup of the 2021-2022 season, and are 5-8 all-time versus the Cardinals. The game will be streamed live at glvc.com/jewell/.
