The University of Illinois Springfield men's track and field team competed in the Bryan Clay Invitational at Azusa Pacific this week.
 
In the 5,000m races, Blake Jones had a time of 14:17.30, and he finished his heat in 18th place. Noah McIntyre won his heat after finishing with a time of 14:25.95.
 
In the 10,000m, Wyatt McIntyre had a time of 29:56.20, and Chris Cherry finished in 30:00.62. McIntyre was 25th in the race, and Cherry was 30th.
 
UIS will be in action next week at the Dick Cochran Classic in St. Charles, Mo.
