The University of Illinois Springfield women's basketball team will face off against Southern Indiana for the second time in 12 days on Thursday. The game will take place at TRAC at 5:30 p.m.

In the first meeting of the year, Southern Indiana held the Prairie Stars to under 32 percent shooting, and UIS lost by a 74-47 score. Katelyn Rosner nearly had a double-double in the contest with 10 points and nine rebounds.

UIS will enter the game with a 7-17 overall record, and a 4-12 conference mark. Southern Indiana is currently 18-8 overall and 11-5 in GLVC play.

Both teams rank in the top-five in the GLVC in steals, with both averaging nearly nine a game. UIS and Southern Indiana are also in the top-five in turnover margin.
