The University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball team hosts Southern Indiana this Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at TRAC.

The Prairie Stars picked up their 14th win of the season last Saturday, guaranteeing its second straight season of a .500 record or better. That is the first time since UIS moved to the NCAA level that it has accomplished this. The seven conference victories are also the second-most since jumping up to the GLVC.

Southern Indiana is currently tied for third in the conference standings with a 11-5 mark. The Screaming Eagles are 10-3 in their last 13 contests.

On Feb. 16, Southern Indiana handed UIS a 100-72 loss in the first meeting this year between the two teams.
