For the second straight game, the University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball program will be facing one of the teams in the race for the GLVC Regular Season Championship. The Prairie Stars will travel to Southern Indiana on Saturday for a 3:15 p.m. game.

UIS is currently 13-11 on the season and 6-8 in GLVC play. The Prairie Stars are ninth in the GLVC Point System, just one place out of the final conference tournament spot.

Southern Indiana is 17-6 on the year and 9-4 in GLVC action. The Screaming Eagles are third in the point system.

On Thursday night, UIS fell to No. 9 Bellarmine by a 73-65 score, and Southern Indiana defeated McKendree, 100-95.
