The University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball team continues its six-game homestand on Thursday with a 7:30 p.m. game against Missouri-St. Louis.

The Prairie Stars are looking to bounce back after a two-point loss to McKendree on Saturday. The Tritons are coming to Springfield after defeating Southern Indiana last weekend by a 73-61 score.

The two teams are meeting for the second time this season. In St. Louis, UIS got the road win by an 83-74 score. The Prairie Stars closed the first half on a 14-3, which gave them a 43-33 halftime lead. Missouri-St. Louis never got closer than seven in the second half.

Missouri-St. Louis leads the all-time series by a 10-4 margin, but UIS has won two out of the last three meetings.
