The University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball team looks to bounce back from its largest loss of the season when it travels to Quincy on Saturday for a 1 p.m. game.
The Prairie Stars could not get anything to go right in the first half on Thursday as they lost on the road at Truman. Quincy also fell last Thursday by an 89-85 margin at home against McKendree.
In the latest GLVC point rating system, UIS is in sixth place with 3.31 points, while Quincy is 13th with 2.56 points.
UIS and Quincy typically play a close game when they meet. Since 2012, every meeting has been decided by 11 points or less, including five of those 10 games being by five or fewer points.
