SPRINGFIELD, IL -Â The University of Illinois Springfield women's soccer team kicks off the GLVC schedule this weekend against Southern Indiana and Bellarmine. Game times are set for Friday at Kiwanis Stadium at 5 p.m. and Sunday in Louisville, Ky. at 11 a.m. CT.

Sam Morin (Lake in the Hills, Ill.) scored her first career goal at UIS. St. Xavier responded to tie the game in the first half and win in the second.
