2021- NCAA Division II National Qualifier … All-Region … All-GLVC … competed in four events … was runner-up at the Prairie Star Invitational … finished seventh at the GLVC Championships … was 16^th at the NCAA Midwest Regionals … became the second UIS men’s runner to advance to the NCAA Division II National Championships.
 
2020- Finished two races on the season … among the lead pack of runners at the finish line at the GLVC Triangular … came in eighth at the GLVC East Divisional race.
 
2019- An all-GLVC runner … competed in five races … finished second at the GLVC Championships, the highest finish in program history for a UIS runner … also set a school record for the 8,000m distance at the conference meet with a time of 25:21.3 … led the team in two competitions, and was among the team’s top-four runners in all of his races … finished fourth at the UIS Invitational.
 
UIS Indoor Track and Field:
2022- Competed in one event.

UIS Outdoor Track and Field:
2022- All-GLVC … hit a NCAA Division II qualifying mark in the 10,000m, and had the 43^rd-fastest time in the nation … competed in eight meets … had six top-10 finishes … won the 10,000m at the Dick Cochran Invite … won the 5,000m at the ONU Outdoor Invitational … earned all-GLVC at the conference meet with a second-place finish in the 10,000m … also scored at the GLVC Championships with a sixth-place showing in the 5,000m.
 
2021- Competed in three meets … scored at the GLVC Championships with a third-place finish in the 5,000m … was fifth in the 5,000m event at the Dick Cochran Classic.

Seven-time all-state in cross country and track … 2017 Class 1A Cross Country State Champion … finished second in the state cross country meet as a junior … second as a senior at state track in the 1,600m … team MVP in cross country all four years … distance MVP in track all four years … helped his team win cross country regional championships and qualify for state in his junior and senior seasons … his top times in high school were 14:25 in cross country three-mile, 15:19 in 5,000m cross country, 4:16.75 in the 1,600m, and 9:11.32 in the 3,200m.
