Herman Senor II is in his first season in 2022-23 as a member of the University of Illinois Springfield men’s basketball coaching staff.
For the last three seasons, Senor was the Program Director and Basketball Skills Trainer for Make It Work Global. One of his job duties was designing and conducting individual, small group, team, camp, and clinic basketball skills training sessions. He also assisted with strength and conditioning workouts, and evaluating talent at games and tournaments.
From 2017-19, Senor was a professional basketball player and an Academy/Club Coach for Team Solent Kestrels in Southampton, England.
Senor helped the Team Solent Kestrels win the 2018 National Trophy and was the MVP. In 2019 TSK were crowned season and playoff champions and Senor was one of five that earned first team in the National Basketball League Division One.
Senor designed and conducted training programs for local academies and schools, as well as for the TSK national youth club teams.
Senor is a former GLVC player, playing four seasons for Quincy from 2013-2017. He led the team to a GLVC West regular season championship and to the 2nd round of the NCAA DII tournament. He is a member of the school's 1,000 point club, as he scored 1090 points in his career. He is also second all-time with 484 assists.
Senor graduated from Quincy with a Business Management degree in 2017. He earned a Post Graduate Certificate from Southampton Solent University in 2018.
Senor is originally from Springfield, Ill., and he attended Southeast High School.
