Adam Eberhard

Coach Eberhard is in his second season as a UIS men's basketball assistant coach in 2024-25.

Adam Eberhard joined the coaching staff at UIS after a year at Carson-Newman University and a year on Rick Barnes' staff at Tennessee in which the Vols won their first SEC Championship since 1979.

Eberhard was a three-time All-American at Bellarmine University and was a part of 4 NCAA tournament teams, 3 GLVC Championships, 2 NCAA Sweet 16’s and 1 NCAA Final Four. He went on to play two years of professional basketball in Germany and Luxembourg.

A native of Evansville, Ind. where he attended Reitz Memorial High School, Eberhard finished his four-year collegiate career as one of the most decorated players in program history Bellarmine (2015-2019).

Eberhard earned his bachelor's degree in sports administration from Bellarmine University and his master's degree in science recreation and sport management from the University of Tennessee.
