UIS Indoor Track and Field:
2022- Earned all-GLVC honors … hit a NCAA qualifying mark in the mile run, and finished with the 80^th-fastest time in the nation … competed in six meets … won the mile run at the Hilltop Invite … had four individual top-10 finishes … at the GLVC Championships, was fifth in the mile … member of the all-GLVC distance medley relay team which was GLVC runner-ups.
 
UIS Outdoor Track and Field:
2022- Competed in nine meets … hit a NCAA qualifying mark in the 10,000m, and finished with the 48^th-fastest time in the nation … had five individual top-10 finishes … was runner-up in the 1,500m at the Jim Vargo Invitational … at the GLVC Championships, finished ninth in the 5,000m and 14^th in the 10,000m.

High School:
Two-time all-state cross country runner … two-time individual conference champion and once won the regional cross country meet … four-time team MVP in cross country … finished 10^th in the 2019 state cross country championships, and was 25^th in 2018 … second-team all-conference in track in 2018 and 2019 … two-time team MVP in track … in 2021, finished second in the state in the 3,200m, and was seventh in the 1,600m … top times in high school were 51.19 in the 400m, 1:57 in the 800m, 4:19 in the 1,600m, 9:17 in the 3,200m, and 15:12 in the three-mile … also lettered one year in basketball.
