Prior to UIS:
A transfer from Indiana University Kokomo … in three seasons, appeared in 36 games on the mound, including two starts … went 3-2 with two saves and a 4.30 ERA … struck out 60 batters in 52 1/3 innings … allowed just 44 hits, including not allowing a home run.
 
High School:
As a senior, had a 1-1 record on the mound … had a 5.65 strikeout mark per seven innings.
