2020- Earned all-GLVC honors … ran in all three meets … finished fourth overall at the GLVC Championships … won the GLVC Triangular meet.
 
2019- Earned all-region honors … an all-GLVC performer … ran in six meets … finished seven at the GLVC Championships, which was third on the team … came in 22^nd at the NCAA Regional Championships … won the UIS Invitational for the second straight year
 
2018- An all-GLVC performer … finished fifth at the conference meet, which was the first top-five finish for a UIS cross country runner … named GLVC Runner of the Week after the UIS Invitational, and was the first UIS men’s runner to win that award … competed in six events … scored for the team in all six events, and led the team in three competitions … won the UIS Invitational … finished 87^th at the NCAA regional meet.
 
2017- Ran in seven events … won his first collegiate race at the Orion Twilight Mini-Meet … had a top-five finish at the UIS Invitational … finished 36^th at the GLVC Championships and 81^st at the NCAA Midwest Regionals.
 
UIS Indoor Track and Field:
2021- Ran in three meets … had two top-10 finishes, including sixth in the 3,000m at the Bob Eubanks Open.
 
2020- Hit a NCAA provisional mark in the 5,000m, and finished with the 52^nd-best mark in NCAA Division II … competed in five meets … finished third at the GLVC Championships in both the 3,000m and 5,000m … won the 3,000m race at the Hilltop Invitational … finished seventh or better in all six races that he ran in during the season … had the fastest 5,000m time on the UIS squad during the year.
 
2019- Competed in five events … at the GLVC Championships, finished ninth in the 5,000m and 12^th in the 3,000m … had two runner-up finishes in the 3,000m at the Tom Hathaway Distance Classic and the 800m at the Jim Green invitational.
 
2018- Ran in five meets … helped UIS score in two events at the GLVC Championships … finished seventh in the 3,000m, and was a member of the fifth-place distance medley relay team … a member of the distance medley relay team that won the Lewis Invitational and finished seventh at the Tom Hathaway Distance Classic.
 
UIS Outdoor Track and Field:
2021- Competed in four meets … scored at the GLVC Championships with a seventh-place finish in the 10,000m … won the 800m at the Big Blue Alumni Invite … also had a top-10 finish at the Dick Cochran Classic with a sixth-place showing in the 5,000m.
 
2020- Season Cancelled.
 
2019- Ran in four events … finished third at the GLVC Championships in the 10,000m … had top-10 finishes in every race that he ran, including second in the 5,000m at the Bellarmine Classic and fourth in the 1,500m at the Big Blue Alumni Invitational.
 
2018- Competed in six meets … scored at the GLVC Championships by coming in sixth at the 10,000m … had four top-10 overall finishes, with a season-high fourth in the 5,000m at the Emporia State Spring Invitational.
