2021- National qualifier … all-region … GLVC Runner of the Year … all-GLVC … won the Prairie Star Invitational and the GLVC Championship races … won back-to-back conference races, this time winning by nearly seven seconds … finished fifth at the NCAA Midwest Regional … competed in his second NCAA Division II Cross Country Championships.
 
2020- The first GLVC Individual Champion in UIS cross country history … an all-GLVC runner … once named the GLVC Runner of the Week … competed in all three races … won the GLVC East Divisional and GLVC Championship races, and was among the lead runners at the finish of the GLVC Triangular … won the GLVC East Divisional by nearly 19 seconds, and won the conference meet by 10 seconds.
 
2019- The first national qualifier in UIS men’s cross country history … earned all-region honors … an all-GLVC performer … once named the GLVC Runner of the Week … competed in seven races during the year … at the NCAA Division II National Championships, finished 108^th with a school record time of 31:39.1 … led the Prairie Stars at the NCAA Regionals with an eighth-place finish … came in sixth at the GLVC Championships … had five top-15 showings, including third at the UIS Invitational.
 
2018- An all-GLVC performer … competed in six events during the year … finished 12^th in the conference championships, and was second on the team in that meet … led the team at the Gil Dodds Invitational and NCAA Midwest Region Championships … came in fourth at the UIS Invitational … was 53^rd at the NCAA Division II Regional meet.

2022- All-Region in the mile and 3,000m … All-GLVC … once named the GLVC Runner of the Week … hit three NCAA Division II qualifying marks, and finished the year ranked 22^nd in the 3,000m, 35^th in the mile, and 66^th in the 5,000m … won the mile run at the Bill Clinger Classic … was runner-up in the 3,000m at the Hilltop Invite … at the GLVC Championships, was tenth in the mile and a member of the all-conference distance medley relay team which came in second.
 
2021- First NCAA Division II national qualifier for the UIS men’s track program … once named the GLVC Runner of the Week … competed in four races … was 12^th at the NCAA Division II National Championships in the 5,000m … won the 3,000m race at the Bob Eubanks Open … was runner-up in the 5,000m at the Samford January Open.
