2016-17 – Clocked 1,500 PR (4:39.04) in the Big Blue Alumni Invitational … charged to 800 PR (2:20.45) in the Augustana Early Spring Opener … put together 1-mile PR (5:07.47) in the Rhodes College Opener … turned in 3,000 PR (10:13.13) in the Rose-Hulman Twilight Meet ... received GLVC academic all-conference honors.
 
2015-16 – Redshirted freshman season … ran unattached in Greenville Select Meet with a 1,500 season best of 4:55.397.

Competed in cross country with Bureau Valley High School in Manlius for four years … competed in track and field for three years (Freshman-Junior) … put together 3-mile PR of 18:42 as a senior … raced to 3-mile season best of 18:51 as a junior.
 
PERSONAL:
The son of Michael and Ellin Lotspeich … has four siblings, Patrick, Michelle, Michael and Jennifer … a Computer Science major.
 
WHY I CHOSE UIS:
I chose UIS for the hometown feel. UIS is like a small, tight-knit community where I feel that I can really grow as a student. I am able to get personal attention from my professors, and make great friends during my time here.
