2017-18 – Fielded a record-setting 4,000 distance-medley relay team, which captured fifth (10:33.785) in the GLVC Championships … charged to 12th in the 200 in Snow Bird Open with an indoor school record of 23.843 seconds … posted a 400 indoor school record (51.52) in the second GVSU Big Meet … raced to a 300 indoor school record in the Titan First Chance Meet … represented 4x400 relay, which turned in an indoor school record time of 3:33.85 in the second GVSU Big Meet … locked up third (52.62) in the college division in the 400 of the UIndy Tom Hathaway Distance Carnival … represented 4,000 distance medley, which claimed first (10:50.68) in the Lewis Invitational … fielded 4x400 relay, which took fifth (3:36.181) in the Snow Bird Open.
 
2016-17 – Redshirted freshman season.
 
OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD
2017-18 – Earned fifth in the 400 in the Augustana Viking Olympics with an outdoor school record time of 50.89 seconds … secured third (51.11) in the 400 in the True Blue Twilight … tied for 11th (51.27) in the 400 in the Rose-Hulman Twilight … put together an 800 season best (2:08.49) in the Big Blue Alumni Meet.
 
2016-17 – Fielded a 4x400 relay, which posted a school-record time of 3:29.26 in the GLVC Championships … delivered an 800 PR (2:08.17) in the Big Blue Alumni Invitational … took seventh (2:09.10) in the 800 in the Augustana Early Spring Opener … raced to 400 season best (52.08) in the Rose-Hulman Twilight.
 
HIGH SCHOOL:
Competed in track and field with Riverton High School for four years … raced to 400 PR of 51.8 seconds … sprinted to 200 PR of 22.99 seconds … competed in soccer for three years … competed with Springfield Striders track and field club.
 
PERSONAL:
The son of Dino and Melissa Carlino … an Information System Security major.
 
WHY I CHOSE UIS:
I chose UIS because it is right next to my hometown and UIS has a good Computer Science program.
