2019- Third-team All-American by ABCA and D2CCA, and honorable mention All-American by NCBWA ... first-team all-region by all three of those organizations ... GLVC Pitcher of the Year ... first-team all-GLVC ... led the GLVC in ERA, strikeouts, and wins, was strikeouts per nine innings, third in WHIP, fourth in strikeout-to-walk ratio, and fifth in hits allowed per nine innings ... ranks fourth in NCAA Division II in wins and in the top-10 in total strikeouts ... started 15 games and won 12 of them, and he left the other three with UIS leading the game ... recorded a 2.77 ERA, tops on the team among the starting pitchers ... struck out 118 batters in 91 innings, and had a 4.2 strikeout-to-walk ratio ... opponents batted just .217 off of him ... went 3-0 in the postseason with a 2.84 ERA, and he struck out 23 batters in 19 innings ... in 10 starts, he struck out at least eight batters, including a season-high 12 in seven innings in the NCAA Super Regional victory over Ashland.

Prior to UIS:
Played two seasons at Ranger Junior College … in his second season, went 4-3 with a 5.42 ERA …. recorded 53 strikeouts … as a freshman, went 4-5 with a 5.27 ERA … had 64 strikeouts and averaged 8.23 strikeouts per nine innings … attended Texas Southern University right out of high school.
