Illinois Springfield men's golf is tied for eighth in a 17-team field after playing one full round and 13 holes of the second round at the UIndy Fall Invitational at Broadmoor Country Club on Monday.

The Prairie Stars opened with a 1-under 287 before shooting 2-under as a team through 13 holes of the second round. UIS sits at 3-under for the tournament and will resume play Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. CT.

Brooks Cluver leads the Prairie Stars individually, sitting tied for ninth at 4-under. He opened with a 3-under 69 and is 1-under through 13 holes in the second round.

Sacha Lamraski is tied for 29th at 1-under after a 1-under 71 in the opening round and an even-par second round through 13 holes.

Cash McDonell is tied for 40th at even par. He carded a 1-over 73 in round one and is 1-under through 13 holes in round two.

Jake Baldin and Max Anthony are both tied for 50th at 2-over. Each shot a 2-over 74 in the opening round and is even par through 13 holes in the second round.

Competing as an individual, Cal Johnson is 15-over and in 91st place. He shot a 9-over 81 in the opening round and is 6-over through 13 holes in round two.

UIS will complete the second round before playing the final 18 holes of the three-round tournament Tuesday. The Prairie Stars are currently tied with Drury at 3-under, while McKendree leads the team standings at 24-under.
