The Illinois Springfield women's golf team returns to action Monday and Tuesday at the Kansas City Cup, hosted by GLVC opponent William Jewell at Paradise Pointe Golf Complex in Smithville, Mo.

The two-day tournament features eight teams, all GLVC programs. UIS will compete alongside host William Jewell, Lincoln, Quincy, Maryville, Drury, Truman State and Rockhurst.

UIS will be represented by Gracie Russell, Valentina Torrealba, Mackenzie Reeves, Brooke Hartman and Millie Roach, with Alyssa Moncada competing as an individual.

The Kansas City Cup will give the Prairie Stars another opportunity to compete against several familiar conference opponents as the fall season continues.
