The Illinois Springfield men's soccer team returns to the road Saturday, facing Missouri S&T at 7:30 p.m. in Rolla, Missouri. The match was originally scheduled for 2:30 p.m. but was moved to 7:30 p.m. due to the heat.

Illinois Springfield enters the match with a 0-5-1 overall record and a 0-2-1 mark in GLVC play. The Prairie Stars are looking to get into the win column in conference play after a close 1-0 loss to Truman State at home earlier this week.

Missouri S&T enters Saturday with a 4-2 overall record and a 2-2 GLVC mark. The Miners are receiving votes in the national poll after opening the season with four straight wins. Missouri S&T has dropped two of its last three matches, including a 5-2 loss to Rockhurst earlier this week. The Miners also suffered a 1-0 loss to Quincy.

Mike Banasik leads Missouri S&T with three goals this season, while two other Miners have scored twice.
