UIS softball and tennis compete at home this week! It's a packed schedule of winter and spring sports, including many competitions on the road, so be sure to follow along on social media or sign up for email updates for your favorite sports.

Tuesday, Feb. 10
5:30 p.m. – Women's Basketball at Missouri S&T
UIS (9-13, 6-8 GLVC) plays a rare Tuesday night game, rescheduled from January. The team comes off losses to Maryville and McKendree last weekend and has a bye Thursday, giving them a Tuesday-Saturday slate this week. Missouri S&T (8-11, 4-9 GLVC) lost to Upper Iowa in overtime and Quincy, dropping three straight games.

5:30 p.m. – Men's Basketball at No. 24 Missouri S&T
UIS (15-6, 11-2 GLVC) visits Missouri S&T, which was ranked No. 9 when the game was originally scheduled three weeks ago but has since dropped to No. 24. The Prairie Stars split this past weekend, defeating Maryville and losing to McKendree. UIS leads the GLVC Point Rating System (PRS) and is tied atop the conference with McKendree and Rockhurst. Missouri S&T (16-4, 10-3 GLVC) has won three straight after back-to-back conference losses and was an NCAA Tournament team last year.

Thursday, Feb. 12
12:00 p.m. & 2:30 p.m. – Softball vs. Lake Erie (HOME)
UIS (3-3) returns home after going 2-2 at the Chattanooga Invitational, with wins over Union and Cedarville. The team will play its first-ever games at the Springfield Clinic Dome at Scheels Sports Park, where the next 10 games will be held. Lake Erie, from the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC), will open its season this week.

Friday, Feb. 13
All day – Track and Field at GVSU Big Meet
UIS competes at one of the top indoor meets of the year in Allendale, Mich., featuring top competition and invite heats in distance events.

10:30 a.m. & 12:30 p.m. – Softball vs. Thomas More (HOME)
UIS plays Thomas More in its first home tournament. Thomas More, also from the G-MAC, opens the tournament against Missouri S&T before facing UIS. The Saints went 21-25 last season.

5:00 p.m. CT (6:00 p.m. ET) – Baseball at Florida Southern
UIS (3-0) heads to Florida after sweeping Savannah State in the opening weekend. The team begins a four-game series at Florida Southern, which went 2-5 last week, with all but one game against ranked opponents. UIS will look to continue its strong start to the season.

Saturday, Feb. 14
All day – Track and Field at GVSU Big Meet
Competition continues across all events, with much of the UIS squad racing the 5K.

10:00 a.m. – Women's Tennis vs. Michigan Tech (HOME)
UIS hosts Michigan Tech for its first official home match of the spring. The team comes off a win at Thomas More. Michigan Tech (1-2) lost 4-3 to Northwood in its last match.

10:00 a.m. – Men's Tennis vs Michigan Tech (HOME)
UIS hosts Michigan Tech following a win at Thomas More. The Huskies (1-2) were recently defeated 7-0 by Northwood.

12:00 p.m. CT (1:00 p.m. ET) – Women's Basketball at Indianapolis
UIS defeated this UIndy team 60-50 in early January and looks to take the season series. UIndy (5-18, 4-11 GLVC) lost to UMSL and Maryville last week.

12:00 p.m. & 3:00 p.m. CT (1:00 p.m. & 4:00 p.m. ET) – Baseball at Florida Southern
UIS plays a doubleheader in the middle of its four-game series and will aim to build on its early-season momentum.

2:00 p.m. CT (3:00 p.m. ET) – Men's Basketball at Indianapolis
UIS looks for a season sweep of the Greyhounds after defeating them 91-74 in January. UIndy (12-11, 10-5 GLVC) split its games last week, losing to UMSL before beating Maryville.

Sunday, Feb. 15
12:00 p.m. CT (1:00 p.m. ET) – Baseball at Florida Southern
The Prairie Stars and the Moes meet Sunday afternoon for the series finale.
