The Illinois Springfield men's tennis team wrapped up three days of competition at the ITA Regional in Allendale, Mich., with a flight victory and two consolation titles on Monday.

Kai Van-Roon headlined the final day by winning the Flight C Singles championship match. Van Roon defeated Wayne State's Gunnar Warren 6-2, 7-5 in the title match.

In consolation play, Colton Pazdera earned a Flight D Singles championship with a 6-2, 5-7, [10-7] win. Luke Pennington also reached a consolation final, falling just short in Flight C Singles by a 7-6(5), 6-7(7), [10-7] decision.

In doubles action, Antonio Ayerbe Streubel and Lin En Tan defeated Alvaro Rueda and Patricio Jiminez Alcocer 9-8(7) in the Flight B Consolation semifinal. The Prairie Stars duo went on to secure the consolation championship via walkover in the final.
