The UIS Baseball Golf Outing is set to take place on Saturday, Oct. 18, at The Rail Golf Course in Springfield. This event is designed to foster community spirit by bringing together alumni, family, and community members for a day on the golf course

This year's outing is part of a broader alumni weekend celebration. The festivities will kick off on Friday, October 17, with a fall scrimmage against Heartland Community College. The game will be held on campus at the UIS Baseball Field at 12:00 p.m. 

The golf outing on Saturday will begin with check-in at 8:00 a.m., followed by a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m. Participants can register as single players for $125 or as a team of four for $450. Everyone is encouraged to join this community-building event, and registration is open online.
