5:00 p.m. – Women's Soccer at Rockhurst
UIS (1-2-3, 0-1-2 GLVC) continues its road swing against Rockhurst (1-3-2, 0-2-1). The Stars are looking to rebound from a homecoming loss to Quincy and a draw at Truman State. Rockhurst has netted just one goal in GLVC play, coming in a 1-1 draw with McKendree, and has since fallen to UMSL and No. 14 Maryville. Rockhurst leads the all-time series 14-2, but UIS earned its first-ever win at Rockhurst two years ago and will look to repeat.
6:00 p.m. – Volleyball vs. Lewis (HOME)
UIS (6-4) opens GLVC play at TRAC after dropping three matches in the Prairie Star Classic. Lewis (6-5) went 2-1 at a tournament in Florida this past weekend, its only loss coming against No. 11 Barry. The Flyers lead the all-time series 20-1, with UIS's lone win coming in a top-15 upset several seasons ago.
7:30 p.m. – Men's Soccer at Rockhurst
The Stars (2-3-1, 1-2 GLVC) aim to build on momentum from a 5-3 win at Truman State after a homecoming setback against Quincy. Rockhurst (3-2-1, 2-0-1 GLVC) has started strong in conference play with wins over McKendree and Maryville and a draw with UMSL. The Hawks hold an 8-4-3 advantage in the series, though recent meetings have been tightly contested and often low scoring.
Saturday, Sept. 27
All Day – Men's Tennis at ITA Regional
UIS opens fall play at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association's Small College Regional, hosted by Grand Valley State in Allendale, Mich. Singles and doubles draws will be seeded and available at wearecollegetennis.com.
9:30 a.m. – Women's Cross Country at Lucian Rosa Invite
The Prairie Stars run their first championship-distance 6K of the season at Wisconsin-Parkside, the site of the NCAA Midwest Regional. This will be an important opportunity to solidify regional rankings and test the lineup against a strong field. UIS's top runners will compete in the championship race, followed by an open women's heat at 11:00 a.m.
10:15 a.m. – Men's Cross Country at Lucian Rosa Invite
UIS will race its usual 8K distance at Parkside's home course, also set to host NCAA Regionals later this fall. The championship field features important regional opponents, giving the Stars valuable experience and a chance to improve their standing. An open men's race will follow at 11:45 a.m.
12:00 & 2:00 p.m. – Softball Fall Scrimmages
UIS travels to Cape Girardeau, Mo. for fall games against SEMO and Central Methodist.
3:00 p.m. – Volleyball vs. Indianapolis (HOME)
Indianapolis (8-4) comes to TRAC after splitting four matches at a neutral-site tournament. The Greyhounds lead the all-time series 13-4, but UIS swept them on the road last season.

UIS closes the week at SBU (3-4, 0-3 GLVC), which is searching for its first league win after losses to UMSL, Maryville, and Lincoln. The Bearcats will face McKendree on Friday before hosting the Stars.
