UIS Athletics has entered in a new partnership with Teamworks at the Elite level beginning with the 2025-26 academic year. Teamworks Elite provides a suite of integrated technologies designed to streamline athletic operations and enhance the student-athlete experience.
Teamworks Elite combines several of Teamworks' key tools, including its flagship Teamworks Hub and Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting platforms. With this partnership, UIS joins an exclusive group of athletic departments nationally recognized for their commitment to innovation and operational excellence.

Teamworks Hub offers tools for unified communication, scheduling, travel coordination and collaboration across the department. Student-athletes and staff will be able to access all relevant information in one place, streamlining daily operations and fostering a more connected and accountable environment.
Teamworks Compliance + Recruiting (formerly ARMS) simplifies recruiting processes and enhances institutional control by automating workflows and centralizing data. The platform supports NCAA compliance efforts while enabling customized recruiting pipelines, improving visibility and accountability across all programs.
Recruiting Communication empowers UIS coaches and further expands the department's recruiting capabilities. The platform offers an easy-to-use system for delivering timely, visually engaging and personalized messages to recruits, helping coaches build meaningful connections from the start. Staff can centralize and share recruiting content and incorporate real-time information into tailored outreach.
