Prairie Stars track & field competed at the Jim Vargo Invitational at Bellarmine University on Friday, completing fourteen new GLVC top-18 marks.
Top Performances

• Jacob Hanna started the meet strong by winning the men's high jump with a leap of 1.00 meters (6 feet and 6.75 inches). He attempted a jump at 2.07 meters but failed to clear the height
• Marissa Roggensack and Emma Leahy both ran 5:03 in the women's 1500m to move into the GLVC top-18
• Madelyn Miller ran a 2:22 800m to rank No. 9 in the conference
• Ellie Shonkwiler had her career second-best outdoor shot put mark at 10.05 meters
• Noah Tegeler and Jordan Serrahn were both the top collegiate finishers in their respective events, both coming in third behind two unattached runners
• Jordan Serrahn and Jade Aubrey finished third and fifth respectively in the women's 10,000 meter run
• Lillian Buzani ran a GLVC No. 12 5,000m, finishing in 18 minutes and 24 seconds
• Three runners had top-10 finishes in the men's 5,000m, five ran GLVC top-18 times in the event
• Freshmen Joey Karlesky and Daniel Giacomini were just outside of the top-10 finishers in the men's 10,000 meter run, finishing eleventh and twelvth respectively
• The women's 4x400m relay of Marissa Roggensack, Kali Gaden, Camille Terre, and Lillian Buzani ran 4:21.12 for sixth place
