The University of Illinois Springfield women's basketball team fell to a 4-15 conference record with a loss to the No. 2 Drury on Thursday night.
The Panthers kept UIS from leading during the matchup, outscoring UIS 51-30 in the first half. UIS closed out the game with 27 points in the fourth quarter as Drury scored just 20.Â
Sophomore
Ariyah Douglas put up a career-high 34 points against Drury, while also contributing five assists, four rebounds, three steals, and two blocks. Douglas is now No. 2 in program history for points in a single-game.
Liz Uhl had 13 points, and
Ivey Schmidt was next with eight.
The Prairie Stars were successful in 41.8% of shots from the field while the Panthers shot 49.4%.

UIS will play their final game of the regular season at 1 p.m. on Sunday in Bolivar, Mo. against Southwest Baptist.Â
