The UIS women's basketball team fell 87-81 to the Rockhurst Hawks at TRAC on Thursday.
Ava Bardic had a 23 point game against the Hawks.

Ariyah Douglas, and
Liz Uhl followed with 17, 16, and 15 points, respectively. The Prairie Stars were 44.8% from the field, but the Hawks dominated at 63%.
There were six lead changes in the matchup, and the Prairie Stars held the lead with just over three minutes remaining. UIS was down seven at the half before dropping 24-point third quarter. The Hawks responded with 31 points in the final quarter to secure the win.
The Prairie Stars fell to 3-14 in the GLVC. They will play William Jewell at TRAC this Saturday on Senior Day.
