Head Coach Erin
Egolf and the UIS women's soccer program have officially announced their incoming class, set to debut for the Prairie Stars in 2024.
"The class of 2024 is now official, and we couldn't be happier for this exciting group of young women to be joining our program." shared Egolf. "Not only can each of these student-athletes play at a high level and be impactful on the field, but they are all tremendous academically and will help promote, and add to, the strong culture and environment within our program. This incoming class will complement our returning group very nicely, adding depth and competition to almost every position on the field. Their positive impact will be noticed immediately, and they will help our team's goals of pursuing excellence on and off the field, while continuing to build on the many successes of previous seasons. I would like to extend a big Prairie Star welcome to our 10 new signees. We are so glad you said yes to UIS, and we can't wait for you to join us next fall!"

Why I chose UIS: I choose UIS because when I first stepped onto campus, I loved it. It felt very warm and inviting. I also choose UIS because of its strong academics and impressive athletics. UIS offers the opportunity to participate in the Illinois Innocence Project. It is one of the only places where I can participate in a program like that as an undergraduate student. That played a major role in my decision to continue my academic and athletic career at UIS. I also chose UIS because I feel I connect very well with Coach
Egolf, and I am very confident that she will help me grow as a person and a player. I am also very confident that she will be one of my biggest supporters on and off the field!
