UIS men's basketball will host Missouri S&T Monday on MLK Day. The Prairie Stars are 5-3 in the GLVC with 12 games remaining.
The Prairie Stars won their last two, including an win over Southwest Baptist in overtime on Thursday night that extended their home unbeaten streak to eight games. UIS looks to split their season series against the Missouri S&T after falling 97-93 in Rolla earlier this season.
Missouri S&T and UIS are fourth and fifth respectively in the GLVC as of Saturday afternoon. The Miners won four of their last five, including three wins against conference opponents. They lead the GLVC in points per game with 85.4.
Tipoff will be 2 p.m. at TRAC.
