The University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball team welcomes conference opponent Southwest Baptist to TRAC on Thursday night for a 7:30 p.m. game.

UIS is looking to bounce back from two straight losses and take down the Bearcats for the first time in program history. SBU and UIS currently hold the seventh and eighth spots in the GLVC standings, respectively.

Southwest Baptist men's basketball won against Lewis on Saturday to extend their win streak to five games. The Bearcats are 11-3 overall 3-3 in the GLVC, averaging 79.6 points per game.
