The University of Illinois Springfield women's basketball team concludes its best regular season since 1998-99 on Saturday afternoon. The Prairie Stars will be in action at Drury, the No. 9 team in NCAA Division II.

UIS clinched a winning GLVC record on Thursday night with a 69-62 victory over Drury. The Prairie Stars are sixth in the league's Point Rating System, and should host a first-round GLVC Tournament game on Monday.

Drury defeated Indianapolis by an 84-56 margin last weekend. The Panthers, who are second in the conference, will face Quincy on Friday night, before hosting UIS.

UIS led Drury after three quarters earlier this season, but the Panthers came back in the fourth for an 11-point win.
