Prairie Stars women's basketball fell to the Missouri S&T Miners by a margin of 15 points. UIS was able to lead for 17:13 of Saturday's game, but could not overcome the Miners.

Ariyah Douglas had 22 points including six 3-pointers. The trio of Brianna Zajicek, Ariyah Douglas and Liz Uhl shot over .400 from the field. 

UIS Women's Basketball will travel to Michigan next week to face Lake Superior State on Thursday and Northern Michigan University on Saturday.
