Men's Basketball won its first conference game of the 2022-23 season by a final score of 72-66. The Prairie Stars are now 6-19 all time versus the Lewis Flyers. 

The team is having its best start of the Matt Brock era. The team's 6-1 record places it at the top of the GLVC standings along with Maryville.

Jordan Rice was the leading scorer with 17 points. Jordan Rice, Jacob Hanna and DeAndre Campbell were .600 from the field.

The UIS Men's Basketball team is 6-1 overall, 3-0 at home, and 1-0 in the GLVC. Up next is another conference matchup versus Quincy at home on Thursday, Dec. 1.
