Women's Soccer Ends Road Trip On Sunday At Quincy

The University of Illinois Springfield women's soccer team ends a three-match road trip this Sunday when the Prairie Stars travel to Quincy for a noon game.
 
UIS enters the week with a 1-5-0 record. All five losses have been by a single goal, including two in an overtime period.
 
The Prairie Stars are currently seventh in the league with a 0.80 GAA. They are second in the GLVC in fewest shots on goal allowed with just 20 on the year.
 
Amanda Finnell has been in goal for each minute this season. She has a 0.80 GAA and a .750 save percentage. Abby Dellarmorte leads the team with 13 shots and four shots on goal this season. Nine of those total shots came in the two games last week.
 
Each individual GLVC school will determine their own attendance policy for women's soccer. Please check the policies of the home teams if interested in attending a contest. (Quincy)

Quincy goes into the weekend with a 2-2-2 record, and it is eighth in the conference standings with eight points. The Hawks are 2-0-0 on their home field.
 
Quincy is in the middle of the pack in the GLVC in both scoring and goals allowed. The Hawks are averaging 0.67 goals a game, and they have a 0.93 GAA.
 
Grace Hilbing leads the offense with one goal, one assist, and three points. Emilee Autry has not allowed a goal in 286 minutes in goal, and Olivia Kindt has a 1.84 GAA in just under 300 minutes.
 
Last season in Springfield, Quincy defeated the Prairie Stars by a 2-0 margin.
