The University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball team has its final road trip of 2020-21 when it travels to Southwest Baptist on Saturday afternoon for a 3 p.m. game against the Bearcats.

UIS is looking to snap out of a four-game losing streak. Its latest loss came on Tuesday against McKendree by a 66-42 margin. Jack Weber continued his recent hot streak with 14 points in that game, and Trey Marble added 11.

Southwest Baptist will come into the game with a 13-5 record on the season. The Bearcats have won two straight, including a 64-63 victory over Lewis on Thursday evening.

The Bearcats rank in the top-four in the GLVC in both scoring offense and scoring defense. They are also one of the top rebounding teams in the league.
