The University of Illinois Springfield men's basketball team will celebrate Senior Day on Saturday afternoon at TRAC. The Prairie Stars will be taking on William Jewell in a 3:30 p.m. game.

The Prairie Stars are looking to bounce back after a 72-63 overtime loss on Thursday against No. 6 Truman State. That loss dropped UIS to 7-9 on the year.

William Jewell also lost Thursday with a 75-66 setback at Lewis. The Cardinals are 3-14 on the season.

In the latest GLVC Point Rating System, UIS is 11th with 3.03 points. William Jewell is 14th with a 2.35 mark.

William Jewell is ranked fifth in the GLVC with 8.76 three-pointers a game. It defends the three as well, holding teams to just 32.2 percent shooting from behind the arc.
